Couples worldwide are choosing Natural Family
Planning (NFP) for its healthful and marriage-building qualities, as well as its
usefulness to plan or postpone pregnancy. Many couples are also grateful to use
a family planning method that is in harmony with their religious beliefs.
Since its founding in 1971, CCL has provided instruction through NFP classes
taught by professionally trained, volunteer couples who teach in their local
communities. You can also learn through their acclaimed Home Study Course,

About the Course
- Length: Series of 4 classes, 1 per month
over a 4 month period. Class start dates are shown in the schedule below.
- Fee: $75
- Supplies: In addition to the course of
instruction, the fee provides: a boxed kit containing a text book, chart
book, digital thermometer, audio tape, instructional brochures, a 1-Year CCL
membership which includes a subscription to Family Foundations magazine and
a free course refresher as needed.
- Who: Classes are taught by a couple, to a
couple. It is strongly recommended that both the man and woman attend the
course together.
- Children: Infants are welcome at the
classes. We recommend toddlers and above not attend with parents.
